Who we are

Agensi Pekerjaan TC Resources Sdn. Bhd. (201601014706 / 1185637-U), JTKSM licence 807, of F-2-08, Neo Damansara, Jalan PJU 8/1, Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. We are part of the Innovedge Group.

What we collect

• When you create an account: your name, contact number, email address and a password. The password is stored only in a scrambled form that cannot be read back.
• While you use your account: which helpers you shortlist and which profiles you open, so your shortlist is there when you come back.
• When you enquire on WhatsApp or the contact form: whatever you choose to tell us, usually about the person who needs care.

We do not collect your IC number, financial details or anything about your parent's health through this website. If you tell a consultant those things later, they are used only to find the right helper.

What we use it for

• To let you into the full helper profiles and keep your shortlist.
• So a consultant can contact you about your enquiry, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To tell you when a helper who fits what you asked for becomes available, if you have asked us to.
• To keep records the law requires of a licensed employment agency.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising by other companies.

Who sees it

Our consultants, and staff within the Innovedge Group who process placements. The website and its database are hosted by service providers outside Malaysia (Vercel and its database partner), who hold the data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We disclose personal data to government departments only where the law requires it, for example when processing a work permit.

How long we keep it

Your account stays until you ask us to close it. Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to handle your placement and to meet our obligations as a licensed agency, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete your account. Email aptcresources@gmail.com or WhatsApp 012-273 9272 and we will confirm in writing. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, which keeps you logged in for thirty days. It holds nothing but your name and email, signed so it cannot be altered. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser and never sent to us.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that would affect how we use what you have already given us, we will tell you about directly.
